VENA
Vena defines the guidelines for a new utopian transportation system.
In the future; objects, humans, spaces, and logistics will be interconnected. The concept of physical and digital will be mixed, indistinguishable. Public space will become the scenario of daily life. The city will become a new surface of organized and equally distributed networks.
Mobility in this new era will differ from the dystopian complexity and unreliability of the present. In this future, the vehicle is no longer a private entity, the vehicle is the the infrastructure: the hexasurface®. The transformation of this surface, controlled by a mega-computer, will guide passenger units throughout the network. The user will board a capsule designed with collectivity in mind, so no seats will define personal space. A continuous cushioned surface will allow open-source laying or sitting, driven by a refusal of individuality, thus embracing collective exchange.
